The purpose of our store is to help us much needed funds for our website. We are not here to compete with any other urban / graffiti art supplies websites. All items are sold for educational artistic purposes only. We do NOT condone the painting of any property other than your own. All buyers consent that they are of legal age to purchase of permanent ink products in your city/county they reside. Please familiarize yourself with your local ordinances on possession of permanent ink products. Some places consider simple possession of permanent ink products by minors a crime, even if their is no probable cause of wrong doing.

HOW TO ORDER

Online - Just add items you want to shopping cart and proceed to check out. You will be redirected to Pay Pal secure check out page. Pay Pal is the worlds leading company for online payment processing. Pay Pal accepts most major credit cards and /or Pay Pal account as forms of payment. You do not have to sign up for a Pay Pal account to pay for your items. Once check out is complete, Pay Pal will automatically notify us of your order so we can ship it out to you.
Mail order - If you wish to pay by mail please print and fill out a MAIL ORDER form. Send order form along with payment to address provided in mail order form. You may send Checks, Money orders, or cash as form of payment. Please do not send us credit information, we can NOT process credit cards through mail order, use online cart . If you send cash, send it at your own risk. Checks must clear through our bank before your order is processed (takes about 3-4 business days). Please write legible. Make all checks and money order payments payable to : Opus Denali LLC .

PRIVACY POLICY

Costumer privacy is one of our prime concern. All orders / personal information provided are kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, or release any order / personal information with anyone or any company. We do not use cookies or any form of spy software in our website. We only email you important information about your order, do not send junk email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For quality purposes we do not accept returns on the following items: Markers, inks, spray paint, custom belt buckles or spray paint caps. Any returns must be made 7 days after receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipment costs.

SHIPPING

All our prices include shipping cost with in the U.S., what you see is what you pay, no hidden fees at check out, except for sales tax for people ordering with in Florida. Most orders are shipped via United States Postal Service first class. Due to TSA regulations orders containing spray paint will be shipped Fed Ex ground.
All items displayed in our website are in stock and ready to ship. Items in back order, or out of stock are removed daily to match our inventory. Most orders are processed the same day, except for personalized items like belt buckles. and shipped the next business day. If you order online we will post your USPS tracking info on your Pay Pal receipt.

TAXES & DUTIES

Domestic orders (U.S.) - You do not need to pay sale tax unless you live in Florida. If you live in Florida you need to pay Miami-Dade county's 7% sale tax.
International orders ( non-U.S.) - You do not need to pay any sale tax but, you responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes your country's customs imposes on imports. Please familiarize yourself with import taxes and duties rates before ordering.
